Re-adjust a zombie trove

/v1/actions/liquity/adjust-zombie

Bring a ZOMBIE trove (redeemed below the deployment minDebt — status 4, removed from the rate-ordered list) back above the floor. adjustZombieTrove is the only adjustment entry for zombie troves; it re-inserts at the trove's current rate. Collateral top-ups add the collateral approval; debt increases charge the upfront fee.
