List e-mode categories

/v1/data/lending/e-mode

Return the available e-mode categories for the requested lenders and chains.

Each entry contains the lender key, chain ID, and the list of e-mode categories (id + label).

Results are cached server-side (1 hour TTL) because e-mode categories rarely change.
