Economics of a cross-lender migrate: the day-0 cost of the move (the converted leg's slippage, the target's origination fee, gas over the bundle) against the carry it changes per day — the position's carry on the TARGET minus its carry on the SOURCE, both at the venues' sticker rates (carryBasis: 'sticker'; the migrate has no IRM phase). breakEvenDays is the entry cost over that DIFFERENCE, and is null when the move does not improve the carry.
